Soulutions Clinical Counseling was born out of a desire to bring a more soul forward approach to therapy and counseling. Soul means something different to us all and Soulutions is here to help explore what that means to you personally. Therefore, it is essential Soulutions caters to an ever diversifying population and especially to the unique needs of Black identified folks.
The essence of Soulutions is in its name. To (re)connect with one’s soul and nurture a healthier relationship with one’s self is to embrace one’s inner power and strength. Soulutions offers a safe and self-reflexive space to understand and to be your best self.

Individual therapy & counseling
Online or in-person, this is designated for you to process and explore your thoughts/behaviors/patterns and gain insight and skills. Appointments are typically weekly or bi-weekly.

Online or in-person, this time will be spent discussing your vocational goals, evaluating your skills and strengths, and identifying barriers that hinder goal attainment.
